The Sisters of Mercy, Barrowland, Glasgow - 23rd November 2023
All i had read in the last few years was how the band’s sound was poor and the vocals not good enough. Wasn’t like that at Barrowlands Glasgow. Only thing I’d say is that the set could’ve been a little longer. Great to hear their new stuff. If only Mr Eldritch would release some of it. 😀

Like the venue. Love Sisters of Mercy ( missed Virgin Marys but gather they were good - they're playing Cinemac in Macclesfield on 22nd December 👍). Gig was a bit slow to get going - quite a few people mentioned the sound wasn't loud enough so atmosphere at the start not quite where you'd expect. Got better as the show went along and most people dancing and singing along by the end.
