Great to see Comedy included in the 2023 line-up :-) Really liked that there was equality, diversity and inclusion with the range of performers. Would have liked to see at least one water refill station (maybe I missed It?). Reasonable beer and alcohol prices and variety of food options. Good that entry time is earlier so no queues in comparison to last year. Hope to be there next year!

Readipop Festival, Christchurch Meadows, Reading - 14th July 2023
Brilliant weekend despite the unpredictable weather. As always, well organised and something for everyone. Readipop is a truly great local festival, with an interesting array of music genres and activities, staff were friendly, helpful and reassuringly aware of security and safety. I love that children are welcome and it feels safe and fun for all ages to enjoy. A great way for youngsters to get a taste of live music, festivals and spread their independence wings a little. This year my highlight was Snapped Ankles - absolutely loved them! Thanks for keeping it fresh with a mix of old favourites and newer bands that should be on the radar. Will be buying tickets for next year asap!

Readipop Festival, Christchurch Meadows, Reading - 14th July 2023
It was a real shame that the weather warning for strong winds did not allow Readipop to go ahead on Saturday as planned this year, but Friday and Sunday were very good, especially the Jungle Brothers who switched from Saturday to play on Sunday night. The weather kept numbers down this year unfortunately, but the festival was a great showcase for local talent and bands that once would have played the main Reading Festival but can still perform the hits the older audience remember from their youth and younger people in the audience can enjoy and appreciate.

Readipop Festival, Christchurch Meadows, Reading - 14th July 2023
Despite the challenging weather the Readipop team still managed to pull together a great event and bring a variety of music to the stage. I am always impressed by the musical talent of so many performers who are not all in the mainstream (yet).
