Hannah was unbelievable

Hannah Gadsby is incredible. Her humour is so original, honest, clever and unforgettable. She addresses the offbeat, the raw and the political with breath taking ease. She is warm and relatable while at the same time absolutely unique and authentically different. How she manages to deliver such an incredible show given her anxiety and demand avoidance is mind boggling and incredibly humbling. Absolutely love this woman!

Best comedy show

I got these tickets for my sister for her Christmas present. She’s been to many comedy shows and said she thought this one might be the best she’s ever been to. Thanks for an unforgettable evening. Can’t wait for the next one!

Hannah Gadsby is an Australian comedian from Smithton, Tasmania, known for her thought-provoking and genre-defying stand-up. She gained international acclaim with her groundbreaking special Nanette (2018), which challenged traditional comedy by addressing topics like trauma and identity. Gadsby followed this with Douglas (2020) and Something Special (2023), further showcasing her wit and insight. She has performed at prestigious venues worldwide, including the Sydney Opera House and London’s Royal Albert Hall. Gadsby has also supported fellow comedian Louis C.K. on tour, continuing to redefine the boundaries of stand-up comedy.

Artist Bio

The overnight success of Hannah Gadsby was more than ten years in the making, with her award winning stand up shows a sell out fixture in festivals across Australia and the UK since 2009. She played a character called Hannah on the TV series Please Like Me and has hosted three art documentaries, inspired by comedy art lectures she created to accompany collections at major galleries. Hannah’s first book will be released later this year.
