Union Chapel is a working church which doubles as a popular live entertainment venue that can be found in Islington. The North London Grade I-listed building was built in the late 19th century and provides a stunning setting for live music, comedy shows, spoken word events and more.
The alternative Christian community centre offers a space for reflection and meditation. Dedicated to a programme of racial, social, economic and climate justice, Union Chapel is a charity drop-in centre for the homeless and seeks to offer practical solutions alongside spiritual guidance.

Armando Iannucci on Comedy in Dark Times is a discussion on the power of satire, cartoons, and razor sharp wit to challenge political power and the status quo.
Comedian and screenwriter Armando Iannucci is famed for his uncompromising and outlandish political satire. He has been a driving force behind such seminal comic TV programs as The Day Today, The Thick of It, I'm Alan Partridge and The Armando Iannucci Shows.
Iannucci has also worked as a writer on hit films Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa plus The Death of Stalin and The Personal History of David Copperfield which he also directed.

Award-winning gospel choir The Spirituals was formed in 2020 by Junior Garr and arranger-conductor Marsha Morrison. The London-based group has gone on to release three EPs, including Easter Project, Christmas Project and Black History Project and have made major appearances at Lambeth Palace, St Paul's Cathedral and the OVO Arena Wembley.

Lenine & Martin Fondse is the unified work of Brazilian singer-songwriter Lenine and the Dutch pianist and composer Martin Fondse. The pair previously collaborated on their 2013 project The Bridge which saw them explore new arrangements from the repertoire of Lenine for the Martin Fondse Orchestra.
