Great venue Chepstow Castle, staff very friendly and helpful good facilities toilets and bar. So why only 4 stars??? Ben Portsmouth show with his band and backing singers very entertaining sang some great songs BUT the time he was off stage from 1st half of show to 2nd half (40 mins) seemed a bit too long then due to the eleven o'clock curfew (no complaints about that) the show ended abruptly with no encore and it appeared Ben Portsmouth stormed off stage. Maybe Ben needs to make sure he gets his timings right. This is the 2nd time we have seen Ben at Chepstow and if comes again we would go and see him. Thanks Chepstow Castle Roc

Organisation was first class, supplemented by friendly helpful staff. The artists, sound system and stage layout regarding seating arrangement for audience excellent. The one downside to the whole show was the high price of food and drinks compared to other similar venues, this needs to be addressed.
