A brilliant evening from start to finish. First time at Lafayette which is a great venue. The Boxer Rebellion were absolutely amazing and I hope they don’t leave it so long to come back again. Support act was also really good.

The gig was tremendous! It was a shame that Nathan was sick, though and I felt sorry for him. The live version of The gospel of Goro Adachi at the end was A-MA-ZING!

The Boxer Rebellion, Islington Assembly Hall, London - 28th February 2018
London-based indie rockers The Boxer Rebellion anthems have been used on such major hit TV series as NCIS, One Tree Hill, CSI: New York and Grey’s Anatomy.
Formed in 2001, their band members include Nathan Nicholson (vocals, guitar, keyboards) and Englishmen Andrew Smith (lead guitar), Adam Harrison (bass guitar), and Piers Hewitt (drums).
They have released six studio albums, including Exits (2005), Union (2009), The Cold Still (2011), Promises (2013), Ocean By Ocean (2016) and Ghost Alive (2018).
