We’ve not heard much yet from Heartworms, AKA caustic South London post punk songwriter Jojo Orme, but we already love her abrasive intensity. Go right now and check out killer single “Consistent Dedication” and soak in the chilling gothic vibes, atmospheric feel and enjoy the razor-sharp edge. Newly signed to Speedy Wonderland, you will soon be naming Heartworms as your new favourite artist.

Huge tracks like “Some Things Never Change”, “Bedtime Story” and “Eyes Closed For Winter” are packed full of passion and emotion, and we cannot wait to hear them drop a debut album – hopefully over the next twelve months!

Nottingham is a hot bed for producing great bands, and the latest to begin to rise to prominence is elegantly odd indie quartet Divorce. Signed to Hand In Hive, their debut EP Get Mean has impressed the likes of Steve Lamacq who keeps giving them a spin on his BBC 6music show.
Plus, we were lucky enough to chat to Divorce for our Gigantic Backstage blog which you can check out HERE.
