Pop darling Sophie Ellis-Bextor has been a welcome staple on the UK's live and festival circuit for many years since her entrance into the music industry back in the 00s. It's all thanks to her infectious stage presence, uplifting performance and incredible vocal talents.
In recent months, Sophie has enjoyed the attention of a new wave of fans, thanks largely to the resurgence of her song "Murder on the Dancefloor" after its inclusion in hit film Saltburn in 2023. As a result, the song rocketed back into the UK singles chart, peaking at the No. 2 spot. It also saw its best-ever day for streaming on New Year's Eve 2023 - achieving 1.4 million in just 24 hours.
Now, you can see Sophie as part of this year's On The Mount at Wasing series in Reading. On Wednesday 26th June 2024, Sophie Ellis-Bextor will take to the stage in a glorious outdoor setting for a storming headline set that you can't afford to miss.

Oxford-formed shoegaze pioneers RIDE have just confirmed a huge UK tour, taking place across the country in September 2024.
Since their emergence into the music industry in the late 80s, RIDE have become synonymous with the shoegaze genre alongside bands such as My Bloody Valentine and Slowdive. Having disbanded in the 1990s, RIDE had a welcome return to music in 2014 and have been touring consistently ever since. They have also released a number of studio albums since their reformation including Weather Diaries (2017) and This Is Not A Safe Place (2019).
Their upcoming LP Interplay is highly anticipated and bound to be another gem in their discography. They'll celebrate the release with their headlining tour later this year.
