Mallory Knox, The Venue, Derby - 27th October 2018
First time visiting this particular venue, a bit like a tardis, looked tiny from the outside but a decent size area inside. I’ve lost track of the amount of times I’ve seen Mallory, I’ve been following them right from the start, it was the first time I’d seen them live with Sam taking over the vocals from Mikey. He didn’t disappoint at all, loved the new stuff and loved hearing the old. They have always put on a cracking show and long may it continue.

Mallory Knox are an alt-rock five-piece band from Cambridge. Formed in 2009, the quintet consists of Mikey Chapman (lead vocals), Sam Douglas (bass), James Gillett (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Joe Savins (lead guitar, backing vocals) and Dave Rawling (drums). They have released four albums titled Signals (2013), Asymmetry (2014), Wired (2017) and Mallory Knox (2019).
