Having been to see Craig previously we knew this would be a nigh to remember, the way the church was set out and the performances were amazing. Great to see the headliner robert for the first time. A beautiful relax gig in a local church. What's not to love. Everywhere needs more of these supporting locl artists and local choices.

Sonic Boom Festival is a 1-day new music festival in Burton on Trent with a FREE Main Stage running from 12pm Midday to 8 pm.
We believe in the power of new music.
We are one of the UK's largest independent festivals with a free Main Stage, produced in partnership with Sonic Boom Music CIC and East Staffordshire Borough Council and supported using public funding by Arts Council England.
IS IT REALLY FREE?
Yes. Main Stage with acts including The K’s, Nubiyan Twist, DECO and Divorce is completely free. We are an independent open town centre festival and access to the Market Place and the Main Stage spectator area is not fenced off, you don't need a ticket.
WHAT TIME WILL MY FAVOURITE BAND PERFORM ON THE MAIN STAGE?
Running times are subject to change, the first Main Stage act will start at around 12 midday on Saturday 14th September. The headline act will start around 7 pm and Main Stage performances will end at 8 pm.
After 8 pm venues around Burton on Trent town will light up with Aftershock events, and new music performances from some of the most exciting artists, DJs and bands. Please plan to stay in town and keep the party going. Some Aftershock evening events will be ticketed as capacity is limited and we would expect these to sell out very quickly.
