Supreme pop punk band Yellowcard are currently preparing to embark on their The Final World Tour enabling them to reach as many of their fans across the world just one last time.

Their final finale will be accompanied by a brand new record to complete their career. Self-titled, self-produced in their very ow studio The Lone Tree Recordings and financed by a success crowdfunding campaign, the upcoming record looks to be something truly special. Tracks like Rest In Peace, already available to view on YouTube, are particularly poignant.

“ Putting this into words hasn’t been easy. When saying farewell, it is hard to know where to start, especially when there are so many reasons not to say it, but the time has come to share this news. After countless discussions and months of thought, we have decided that it is time for Yellowcard to come to an end. This will be our last album and our final world tour. ”

The band’s final line-up includes Sean Mackin on violins, vocalist Ryan Key joined on guitars with Ryan Mendez and Josh Portman on bass.

Yellowcard first formed in Jacksonville, Florida, during 1997 and took their name from receiving a foul for messing up at a party. They promptly recorded their debut Midget Tossing which saw them rise in prominence amongst the independent music scene. They have continued to impress and grow in stature, with their final studio album being their tenth.

Their final tour takes place this December and sees Yellowcard stop at O2 Academy Bristol, O2 Manchester Ritz, O2 Shepherds Bush Empire in London, Nottingham’s legendary Rock City and O2 Institute Birmingham plus Concorde 2 at Brighton and Brooklyn Bowl in London.

This final farewell tour will be an outstanding piece in the history of rock and we expect concert tickets to sell very quickly so book early to avoid disappointment.
