Visited the ice bar for the second year running and as good as it was last year you pulled out all the stops to make it better, we absolutely loved it.

Went to the Ice Bar for the first time with friends and had a fabulous experience We could not fault the staff from the friendly greeting to the excellent service by the two bar staff. We will certainly be planning another visit

Friendly staff, loved the ice sculptures especially the bobsleigh, which we sat in for photos. My only criticism is that when everyone entered for our time slot everyone when stright to the bar and the queue back straight to the door meaning getting a drink took some time with only two bar staff. Apart from this me and my mum enjoyed our first visit to the winter winderland icebar. Also it maybe an idea to have a photographer for those who would like group photos
