The Waterboys put everything into their performance in a superb venue at Queens Park. The sound quality was excellent and their interaction with their audience was fantastic. A great evening and fantastic atmosphere.

The Waterboys, Warwick Arts Centre, Coventry - 13th May 2018
The venue at Warwick was superb, the Waterford just awesome with lots of new tracks mixed with a few favourites and the show just went on and on! Excellent value, but ticket sales were not handled correctly. When I was looking to book, it showed numerous seats around me were booked, so I had to settle for two that were not ideal. The show was only about two thirds sold, so we were able to move around the venue and sit elsewhere. Maybe Warwick only released certain batches to gigantic, but whatever went wrong with the ticket sales was made up for on the night. Looking to book again 👍.

The Waterboys rose to the fore of the folk-rock movement in the 80s, thanks to such huge anthems as "The Whole of the Moon" plus "And a Bang on the Ear". The British-Irish band currently consists of Mike Scott (vocals, guitar, piano), James Hallawell (keys), Brother Paul Brown (keys, backing vocals), Aongus Ralston (bass) and Eamon Ferris (drums).
Their albums include the gold-certified Fisherman's Blues (1988), plus silver-selling records This Is the Sea (1985), Room to Roam (1990) and Dream Harder (1993).
