The Twang are a Birmingham-based indie rock band. Formed in 2004, their members now consist of Phil Etheridge (vocals), Jon Watkin (bass), Ash Sheehan (drums), Stu Hartland (guitar), Rio Hellyer (vocals) and Cat Mctigue (vocals).

They have released five studio albums, including Love It When I Feel Like This (2007) which smashed in the Top 10, plus Jewellery Quarter (2009), Neon Twang (2014) and If Confronted Just Go Mad (2019).

Artist Bio

Get excited indie fans, Coventry lads The Enemy and Birmingham boys The Twang will be embarking on a huge co-headline tour this December.

Chart-toppers The Enemy formed in 2006 and features Tom Clarke (vocals/guitar), Liam Watts (Drummer) and Andy Hopkins (bass). Since their formation the group have released three albums; 'We'll Live and Die in These Towns' (2007), 'Music for the People' (2009) and 'Streets in the Sky' (2012). The Enemy are currently in the studio working on their fourth record.

The Twang are Phil Etheridge (vocals), Martin Saunders (vocals), Jon Watkin (bass), Ash Sheehan (drums), Stu Hartland (guitar) and Tommy Greaves (guitar). To date the band have released four studio albums; ‘Love It When I Feel Like This’ (2007), ‘Jewellery Quarter’ (2009), ‘10:20’ (2012) and ‘NEONTWANG’ (2014).
