Phil Collins, OVO Hydro, Glasgow - 1st December 2017

Get excited because Phil Collins is back! Inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame and enjoying worldwide adulation, his music is beyond compare.

After finding fame as the drummer of prog rock band Genesis, Collins struck out on his own to become one of the most successful solo artists of all time. During the 80’s he could boast having more Top 40 singles in the States than any other artist, finding particular success with the songs Sussudio, Against All Odds, In The Air Tonight and Another Day In Paradise.

Having released eight studio albums and sold more than an estimated 150 million records worldwide, his clear appeal rivals that of the greatest songwriters in rock and pop history. Highly acclaimed, Collins has been decorated with seven Grammy Awards, six Brit Awards, two Golden Globe Awards, an Academy Award, and a Disney Legend Award.

Following his decision to leave the limelight some years ago, Collins makes his welcome return to the stage which is celebrated by the ‘Not Dead Yet’ Tour which takes him to Manchester Arena in November and Metro Radio Arena during December 2017.

Phil Collins tickets can be booked right now with Gigantic. As they are selling incredibly quickly we do urge you to book yours before they are all gone.

The West London son joined Genesis in 1970 and was introduced to an international audience initially as the drummer and eventually becoming the band’s lead vocalist. Collins took the band from prog rock to a pop sound that saw them become ever more popular.

When Genesis went into hiatus in 1978, Collins launched his solo career which saw him become one of the world’s biggest selling artists in the following decade. He remained at the top past the turn of the millennium but declared he would retire from music in 2011 citing health reasons as the cause.

He made the announcement late in 2015 to once again become an active musician and thrill audiences once more.

With the massive media attention focused on the return of the superstar, demand for Phil Collins concert tickets is absolutely huge so you need to move fast and book early or risk missing out.
