Really great gig in a beautiful venue, made even more special by a surprise duet with Ed Sheeran

One of the best nights of my life

I've been a big fan of Passenger for 10 years now and been to several gigs, but this was so SPECIAL. A truly incredible experience which I'm sure to remember for the rest of my life. Perfect acoustics in the venue, a crowd which could go from total silence into eruption of thunderous applause and sing-along... and the special guests performing together with Mike... insane. One of the best gigs I've ever been to (and I've been to a LOT of really good ones)

Passenger is the stage name of indie folk songwriter Michael David Rosenberg, He is bets known for the 2012 single “Let Her Go”.

His extensive back catalogue includes the albums Wicked Man's Rest (2007), Wide Eyes Blind Love (2009), Divers & Submarines (2010), Flight of the Crow (2010), All the Little Lights (2012), Whispers (2014), Whispers II (2015), Young as the Morning Old as the Sea (2016), The Boy Who Cried Wolf (2017), Runaway (2018), Sometimes It's Something, Sometimes It's Nothing at All (2019), Patchwork (2020), Songs for the Drunk and Broken Hearted (2021) and Birds That Flew and Ships That Sailed (2022).

Artist Bio

Michael David Rosenburg founded the band Passenger, whilst still a teen. The band would last for six years and produce the album Wicked Man’s Rest which would be heavily feature the work of Rosenburg. Following the breakup of the band Rosenburg decided to continue as a solo artist but remained working under the title of Passenger.

He released his first album as a solo artist in 2009 which was titled Wide Eyes Blind Love and was quickly followed by the release of two albums Divers & Submarines and Flight Of The Crow in 2010.

In 2012 he released his fifth studio album All The Little Lights. The record has been certified Platinum in the UK and featured his huge hit single Let Her Go. This song would see him achieve international success and hit #1 in the charts in many countries around the world including Greece, Germany, Mexico, New Zealand and hit #2 in the UK. The breakup ballad has sold over 1 million digital copies here in the UK and over 4 million in the USA.

The single saw Rosenburg win many awards including Independent Music Award in the category of Best Folk/Singer-Songwriter Song, Best Song at the Galgalatz Israeli annual international song chart and an Ivor Novello Award. He was also nominated at the 2014 Brit Awards for British Single Of The Year.

His latest releases Whispers and Whispers II have seen Rosenburg continue to reach ever wider audiences all around the world.
