Great to see these two bands again many decades after I first saw them back in the day. You always worry that they will be a little worse for wear, but i have too say they both sounded better than ever and well worth the Sunday trip into Birmingham.

This is our fourth time seeing The Wonderstuff at concerts spanning a period of 27 years and they never fail to disappoint and last night sounded as brilliant as ever. They have such a huge back catalogue and did nearly all my faves!..just not 'Dont let me down gently' but I'll let them off this time. Previously not really fans of Neds Atomic Dustbin but we've been converted..good music and so much energy! Venue was good snd staff all pleasant. Bar was basic but adequate..we enjoyed a drop of Neds Wonder Beer which went down well! All in all a great night seeing Stourbridge's finest..hope to see you soon xx

Top night. Ned's Atomic Dustbin easily met my expectations. The Wonder Stuff exceeded them. Sharper than I have seen them be for a while. Finishing with Ten Trenches Deep was inspired. Felt a bit sorry for Graham Crabb. No fault of his own, he just wasn't loud enough and merged into the background. I would have liked to have heard more of what he was playing.
