Mesmerisingly wonderful

Ghost with everything I expected them to be and more the whole stage, sound, set up, Lighting and atmosphere, and little jokes on stage was just perfect. This has to be the best live show I have seen in 20 years. It will take some beating.!!

Ghost, Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham - 16th November 2019

Best performance ever

Ghost were absolutely on it , from start to finish , I've seen the big guys in concert , maiden, ac-dc , Metallica , for me Ghost blew them away with a world class stage show , great audience involvement , can't wait to see them again

Ghost, Utilita Arena Cardiff, Cardiff - 17th November 2019

Easily the best gig I’ve ever attended

I’ve been a fan of Ghost for a few years now, so I was a little apprehensive attending my first ritual, doubled down by the fact I was attending alone. I INSTANTLY felt welcomed and comfortable upon entering the venue, and maybe that’s not down to Ghost themselves but it’s the community they’ve cultivated and I’m so thankful they have. Everyone seemed so happy to be there and it really felt like one big community. Tribulation were an incredible first act, having never heard them before I was thoroughly impressed and they set the tone perfectly. I also enjoyed All Them Witches but not quite as much as Tribulation and I almost think their sets should have been switched, as Tribulation matched the energy and vibe of Ghost a little better. That being said they were both great and a great way to get amped for Ghost. When the band finally hit the stage the anticipation in the room was palpable and the band only served to lean into that anticipation and sold the opening instrumental immensely well. The set list was phenomenal, a brilliant mix of old and new, pace and tempo etc. Highlights for me were Ritual, Year Zero, Mummy Dust and He Is. With lights, confetti and fireworks to support the set list, all Ghost had to do was perform somewhat well and I think we would have all been thoroughly impressed, but they performed ABSURDLY well, I was enraptured by every facet of the performance, the Nameless Ghouls, Cardinal Copia himself, the set, it all just works and leads to a HELL of a concert. If you get the chance don’t miss this band. They’re setting themselves up to be the next iconic, unmissable arena metal act.

Ghost are awesome!!

Well to start off with both warm up bands wasn't that great in my opinion... But Ghost came on and blew the crowd away awesome performance and very interactive with the crowd, Would definitely go to see them live again.

Artist Bio

Swedish six-piece heavy rock band Ghost are known for their killer live shows and eccentric on stage persona. They have released a fistful of killer records in a short space of time including their most recent album Meliora contained the single Cirice which earned the band the 2016 Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance.

Each new album brings about a Summoning at an undisclosed location in Lincopia, Otrogathia. Following the ceremony, Ghost adopt an entirely new appearance and will be clad in a manner befitting the arrival of the singer Papa Emeritus’ new incarnation. Each of the other Nameless Ghoul musicians are identified only by a symbol.

The band formed in Linköping in 2008 following the invoking of a riff which would become the song Stand By Him. Daring to write the heaviest metal riff ever heard, they band selected the name Ghost and proceeded to record.

Their back catalogue includes the records Opus Eponymous, Infestissumam and Meliora. The latter two of which has seen them win the Grammy Award Best Hard Rock / Metal Album up release.
