Some great performances tonight. First time I’ve seen Bored Marsh and I was blown away by them. Really loved this band and I’m a convert. Can’t wait to see them again. Almost the same applies to the Publics who were excellent too. The Chase, I’ve seen a number of times already and this band definitely have star quality. Such a good time band that definitely get the crowd going. If you haven’t seen them yet then do yourself a favour. The energy, enthusiasm and love for what they are doing is evident in all of these bands and this is transmitted to the audience who responded brilliantly to them.

Anyone from Nottingham who listens to music and wasn’t at this event missed an absolute treat. The Chase were rightful headliners - they are a class above - how they are not packing out venues by themselves is beyond me!? I do enjoy 30 min sets - the bands play their best songs - you can really enjoy and take it all in all within a good length of time. Aside from the headliners, Mollie Ralph and Penny Moon were captivating to watch - personal favourites for me. Without listing everyone, I thought all the other bands were superb - a real credit to the city. Venue worked really well - food was good. Busiest person there was definitely the lady on the sound desk - fair play to her - she definitely earned her money on the day! Huge respect to Forza for pulling it all together- need to keep plugging away and get the place packed - these bands deserve to be listened to.
