Killer gig!

Great venue, helpful staff. Good space for an absolutely raging gig! Third time I’ve seen Cannibal Corpse, they never disappoint. Immolation and Schizophrenia killed it, too. Municipal Waste’s pit were some of the craziest I’ve been in. Fantastic night!

first time in this venue , not sure they were expecting this type of music, very clean place great staff . reasonable price drinks . artists were supurb . gigantic were second to none in every respect thanks

Fantastic gig at Barrowland

The Cannibal Corpse gig at Barrowland was fantastic, all of the bands brought amazing energy on the night and Corpsegrinder stayed to the bitter end and was lovely with the fans that stayed back. Big shout out to security on the night, the guys went above and beyond to make sure the crowd were safe, even bringing water out for people who were in the first few rows. Great bands, great crowd, great venue!

Death-metal giants Cannibal Corpse have been melting faces across four decades. Formed in 1988, the hard-hitting five-piece now consists of Alex Webster (bass), Paul Mazurkiewicz (drums), Rob Barrett (rhythm guitar, George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher (vocals) and Erik Rutan (lead guitar). They have released sixteen albums, including their latest title Chaos Horrific (2023).

CANNIBAL CORPSE continues to tour in support of their critically cherished Violence
Unimagined full-length, released last year via Metal Blade Records. Comprising eleven tracks, Violence Unimagined is state-of-the-art death metal played with passion and breathless precision, making for another flawless addition to what is unarguably one of the premier catalogues of the genre. While they continue to do what they do with aplomb, the one substantial change to CANNIBAL CORPSE is the addition of guitarist Erik Rutan to their ranks, joining bassist Alex Webster, founding drummer Paul Mazurkiewicz, guitarist Rob Barrett, and vocalist George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher. Known for his roles in Morbid Angel, Ripping Corpse, and most notably fronting the mighty Hate Eternal, Rutan has long
established himself as one of the most dynamic forces in contemporary death metal.
Simultaneously, he has built up a reputation as one of the most in demand producers in
metal, having previously produced four CANNIBAL CORPSE albums (in addition to Violence
Unimagined), alongside the likes of Goatwhore, Soilent Green, and Belphegor. Filling in live on guitar since 2019, in 2020 he became a full member, contributing to the writing process.
