Amazing debut year!! ... Almost 'too good' a line up and honestly harder to work through the clash-finder than a day at Glasto! Could happily have gone to all the headliners and the guys supporting throughout the day were astonishing, from the angsty grunge of Bad Machines to the Funkadelic splendour of Busty and the Bass... So many new talents to keep our eye out for and of course the favourite headliners didn't disappoint either ... A triumph! MORE PLZ!!! =D

Such. a good. day. You just walk round to wherever you want to go and simply show your wristband and you're in! If there's a gap between artists, then you can go to any of the bars that are all over Lincoln and grab a drink. By far the best act was Circa Waves-- could not beat the atmosphere. Saying that, lots of the smaller acts really did kill it too and the timetable made it easy to be able to make time to see some of the newer bands at smaller venues which was well worth the time. Only issue was the clashes of the bigger acts. I think considering the fact that they will draw the biggest crowds, 2Q should have made better decisions so that Circa Waves, Peace, The Sherlocks and Tom Grennan did not clash as these were very sought after to see, and it turned out we had to see 2 out of the 4. Still was a fabulous day and will definitely go again for the price and experience, well worth it.

How could some venues charge £4.90 for a pint?? We live in Lincoln not London. Lot of venues took advantage to rip.people off. With regards to the actual event it was very well organised but the prices being charged for a drink where absolutely ridiculous

The festival was great, thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely go again!! The highlight for me was The Xcerts in the main room @Home, absolutely amazing!! A few issues that myself and my group of friends felt needed looking at: The Loft @Home - a great venue but where they had the band was stupid they should of been to the left of the door rather than in that nook where they were, people couldn't see the band and the band were squished together. but the music sounded amazing in that room. RedFive isn't a great venue for gigs, too many pillars and walls in the way. You cannot see the band and there isn't enough space for people to get in. All the best bands were on at similar times, this should be spread out better through the day. But overall a fantastic job done by all and so good to see a festival taking place in Lincoln.
